SOUTH HAVEN - Police say a Bangor man crashed a stolen car - injuring himself and his four passengers - and was caught by cops hiding out at a residence when he showed up driving another stolen car.

Before police arrived, Adam C. Matthews, 32, fled the scene Sunday evening of the two-vehicle crash on County Road 687 in Geneva Township near South Haven. But police nabbed him in the Coloma area later than night when he arrived at the residence driving a second stolen car, Van Buren County Sheriff's Sgt. Dan Abbott said.
