Full house expected at next BH town hall meeting on income tax

BENTON HARBOR - The proposed Benton Harbor city income tax has drawn mostly supporters to its town hall meetings so far.
City Commissioner Trenton Bowens, who is spearheading the idea, expects that to change at the next town hall meeting at 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
