The Berrien County Election Commission on Monday found that two of the five petitions Knowles had filed against Hightower were of sufficiently clear language to be circulated.

When an individual poses a recall, the individual should be well aware as to ascertaining the facts as opposed to either being instructed as some puppet or literally being misinformed. In the case of the Knowles recall, the accuser needs to knock on the doors of business before finding out that he/she was assumptive. There is a hole in that donut.
