Dear fyrechyld : You do not have to explain your self to anyone, especially the person named "onyx" who apparently was raised to be rude, uncaring, and having no moral's. I am sure you were traumatized by this incident, and hope you will have a speedy recovery. Not all of us humans lack compassion, but the ones that do are the ones that will yell loudly that they are free to say whatever they want, regardless who feels hurt in the end. May your scars mend inside as well as outside.

I was taken back by the commrnt made, I don't know you, and I will not disrespect your comment. I am that woman who was involved in this incident and, I was a witness to the fact that indeed those two dogs came from out of no where, at a dead-end street, as I was placing a paper in the tube the one grabbed my left hand and yanked it, I honked my horn and screamed, that's when the dog,let my hand loose and they both ran towards the front of my Dodge Neon, They shook my car, that's when they went for my tires, and yes I tried to drive, but they wouldn't let go of my tires, when I finally go up the street, the car was scrapping the ground. and yes I have a serious injury to my hand as well as a fear that I didn't have before,my car had to be towed on a flat bed, 2 new tires and a trip to the E.R., plus I have to see specailist for internal damage to my hand. Sunday Morning was very tramatic for me, it was real and there are many witness to the strength of those 2 dogs. I am so sorry that we live in a world where there is no compassion any more

[beam] This story is either written incorrectly or these two pit bulls are superman in disguise. She pulled her hand away and drove off with the dogs chasing and they chewed through two tires.....come on! That feat on a moving car is improbably to impossible.....or did she sit there and let them chew the tires.
No wonder pits get a bad rap with stories like this...oh by the way tis this even a story????
