The City of Benton Harbor’s

Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 4 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Lula Lee Commission Chambers, Benton Harbor City Hall, 200 E. Wall Street, on a proposed Adult Use Grower Class C Marihuana Facility located at 900 Alreco Rd (11-54-0007-0102-03-1).

submitted via email to mbruce@bhcity.us or delivered to the City of Benton Harbor, l

ocated at 200 E. Wall Street, Benton Harbor, Michigan between the office hours of 8:30 a.m. To 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The deadline for submission is Friday, March 31, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
