BENTON HARBOR — Benton Harbor school district’s finances are the best they have been in years, school board trustees learned during the 2019-20 audit report Tuesday.
Auditors from Hungerford Nichols CPAs and Advisors told trustees that even though the district still has a short-term deficit, it made significant progress reducing it by the fiscal year’s end on June 30.
