BENTON HARBOR — Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the Benton Harbor Downtown Development Authority decided that the annual holiday light display should still be held.
DDA President Rich Hensel said it wasn’t always a sure thing since they couldn’t hold the normal tree lighting celebration, which includes celebrity readers at the Benton Harbor Library.
