BENTON HARBOR — Transportation consultant Oliver Lindsay was named the interim executive director of the Twin Cities Area Transportation Authority on Wednesday, but he’s not expected to be in that position very long.
“Thank you for the opportunity, interim being key,” Lindsay told authority members.
