BENTON HARBOR — Benton Harbor is one of 24 Michigan cities that will lose millions of dollars in city income tax revenue if the Michigan Legislature doesn’t act before Dec. 31.

The Michigan Department of Treasury is projecting that the cities are set to lose, collectively, about $160 million, according to several mayors at an online news conference hosted by the Michigan Municipal League on Monday morning.
