BENTON HARBOR — A multi-million dollar project that will bring a grocery store and 55 supportive housing units to Benton Harbor was delayed Tuesday due to a lack of a quorum at the city’s planning commission meeting.

The developers of Corner at Wall Street at 126 W. Wall St. were hoping to have their site plan application evaluated and approved, said Richard Hensel, vice president of the planning commission.
