BENTON HARBOR — Benton Harbor city commissioners approved $2.2 million in projects to resurface or repair potholes in several sections of roads and alleys throughout the city.
The lowest bidder was Northern Construction Services Corp. in Niles, according to a written report from Jason Marquardt of Abonmarche, the city’s engineering firm.
