BENTON HARBOR — Benton Harbor planning commissioners gave a green light to Cornerstone Alliance on Tuesday to build a public parking lot on West Wall Street next to its current private lot.
The public parking lot is being funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, said Zach Vaughn, project manager for physical development with Cornerstone, after the meeting.
