A supportive apartment complex and grocery store is being proposed along Wall Street in downtown Benton Harbor.

BENTON HARBOR — A full-service grocery store and Berrien County’s first supportive housing complex could be coming to Benton Harbor, if Bob Jacobson’s plans for the corner at Wall Street come to fruition.

Jacobson, who owns LC Consulting II, is partnering with MHT Housing to build a 55-unit housing complex with a grocery store that would include supportive services onsite.
