ST. JOSEPH — U.S. Rep. Fred Upton on Friday applauded the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for awarding the emergency dredging contract to clear the St. Joseph Harbor.
The dredging project, announced Thursday, will start soon and is expected to be completed by the end of December, the Corps announced Friday.
