BENTON HARBOR — In 1963, Martin Luther King Jr. gave his “I Have A Dream” speech, when he dreamed that one day, Black and white people would be treated equally.

The 57th anniversary of that speech will be celebrated at a local unity rally starting at 3 p.m. Aug. 29 at Dwight Pete Mitchell Park in Benton Harbor.
