BUCHANAN — After a historical site evaluation unearthed Native American artifacts at the future home of the Berrien County 911 signals tower, future construction plans have become uncertain.
The county now will have to decide whether to conduct a second phase of investigations, which would use sonar. County Administrator Brian Dissette said the commission would decide at next week’s meeting.
