COLOMA — A 3-year-old child has died and her home health care nurse is in Berrien County jail charged with murder.
Coloma Township Police Chief Wes Smigielski said Judith Sobol, 42, was arraigned in Berrien County Trial Court on Tuesday on charges of second-degree murder and possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $500,000, and a preliminary hearing was set for June 29.
