SOUTH HAVEN — After two months of negotiations, South Haven city officials have inked a deal with a developer to buy six acres of land and the former Overton factory.

City council members, on Monday, voted unanimously to approve the purchase agreement with Chicago-based Habitat Co. for $100,000.
