ST. JOSEPH — Berrien County’s non-union employees and appointed officials will see a pay increase following action Thursday by county commissioners.
All department heads, the majority of court employees and road department employees will receive a 3 percent pay hike. County Administrator Brian Dissette said this involves about 200 workers. The county’s 500-plus union workers’ pay is negotiated in contracts between the county and the unions.
