Classroom coach: St. Joseph schools introduces coaching for teachers

ST. JOSEPH — Jesseca LaFayette essentially has two jobs at St. Joseph Public Schools.

In the afternoon, LaFayette teaches math and science at E.P. Clarke Elementary School. In the morning, she can be found in one of three elementary schools, operating as an instructional coach.
