ST. JOSEPH — The Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan is doing its part to help up to 10 dogs displaced by Hurricane Ida to find new homes.

Robin Lydic, director of animal care, said they are preparing to receive the dogs over the next few days from Companion Animal Alliance in Louisiana.
