ST. JOSEPH — If all goes as planned, the 2021 Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff is a go.
The St. Joseph City Commission on Monday approved the Krasl Art Center’s application to host the show the weekend of July 9-11, but with a number of COVID-19 precautions in place.
