ST. JOSEPH — After canceling its April board meeting, Royalton Township trustees met in person Monday night for the first time in two months.

Tables and chairs were spaced apart in an effort to maintain social distancing and only two people showed up in person. Manager Steve Tilly said trustees didn’t want to hold a virtual meeting despite the addition of the governor’s executive order for the Open Meetings Act at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
