Many Southwest Michigan residents and visitors are going to celebrate the Fourth of July with fireworks this weekend, and Berrien County Sheriff Paul Bailey urges them to be aware of current Michigan fireworks laws.

The law allows fireworks from 11 a.m. until 11:45 p.m. June 29 through July 4, but there are some restrictions.
