The St. Joseph school board moved its Monday meeting to John and Dede Howard Auditorium at the high school to accommodate the larger-than-normal crowd.

ST. JOSEPH — The St. Joseph school board voted unanimously Monday to require masks, regardless of vaccination status, as part of the district’s return-to-learn plan.

Superintendent Jenny Fee recommended the universal mask mandate to the board, saying she firmly believed this was the best option for the district.

The public comment portion of the St. Joseph school board meeting lasted for nearly three hours Monday night.
