Berrien County Historical Association Executive Director Rhiannon Cizon, back, serves as judge as Miyah Lee questions a witness during a St. Joseph High School constitutional law class mock trial Wednesday at the 1839 Courthouse in Berrien Springs.
BERRIEN SPRINGS — Justice was on display Wednesday as 13 practical law students from St. Joseph High School participated in a mock trial at the old Berrien County Courthouse in Berrien Springs.
Volunteers made up the 12-person jury, two of whom happened to be former prosecutors. Berrien County Historical Association Director Rhiannon Cizon said the BCHA had to turn interested volunteers away because of the response.
