Second Baptist Church, 600 Donald Adkins Drive, Benton Harbor, will have a Black History Month program during its 10:45 a.m. Sunday service. The theme, “Honoring Our Roots,” will commemorate the history of families relocating to Benton Harbor. The speaker will be the Rev. Stanley Scott.

First Presbyterian Church, 475 Green St., Benton Harbor, continues its celebration of Black History Month this weekend. Deacon George Barfield will preach at 10 a.m. Sunday on “Staying Woke to Little Tortures Each Day.” The church choir will sing.

Bryan Keyser will be the guest preacher at Grace Christian Center, 683 Maiden Lane, St. Joseph, at 11 a.m. Sunday.

The Rev. Tim Pietrogallo of The Chapel will visit the St. Joseph-Lincoln Senior Center, 3271 Lincoln Ave., St. Joseph, from 10-11:30 a.m. Thursday for a discussion on Psalm 139. All denominations and beliefs are welcome to attend.

Lakeside Family Church, 6999 Red Arrow Highway, Stevensville, welcomes past, present and future members to celebrate its 25th anniversary Sunday. Worship will start at 10 a.m., with a luncheon to follow at 11:30 a.m.

Peace Lutheran Church, 3590 Lincoln Ave., St. Joseph, is collecting last year’s palm branches now through Feb. 17. They will be burned, and the ashes used for Ash Wednesday on March 6.
