MDOT snowplow

By next winter, all of the snowplows on Michigan’s interstates and highways could have fun names like Plowasaurus Rex and Winter Snowdier.

As the snow floated down from the sky this week, creating a fresh layer of powder on the already snowy roads outside, I asked myself, “Where’s the plow?”

It’s a question a lot of us ask ourselves when we need to get somewhere: Where is “the plow”? The nameless, faceless “plow” that’s responsible for keeping the roads clean.
