ST. JOSEPH -- A $150,000 loan approved Thursday will help the
Berrien County Historical Association launch a fund-raising drive
aimed at collecting $5.5 million for renovation of the 1839
Courthouse Museum complex.
The county board approved the loan from the Public Maintenance
and Improvement Fund. The money is to be repaid within three
years.
