Baroda storage building lost in early Saturday morning fire

Three fire departments assisted firefighters from the Baroda Fire Department early Saturday morning in a fire that destroyed a storage building.

BARODAY — Four fire departments responded early Saturday morning to a structure fire in the 2100 block of Shawnee Road in Baroda, said Capt. Doug deBest of the Baroda Fire Department.

He said the pole barn-type building was being used to store miscellaneous stuff. He said he didn’t know who was renting the building, which was a total loss.
