Victor L. Wigfall, 55, of Pearl Street, Benton Harbor, 210 days in jail, credit for 58 days served, $198 in costs and $1,260 in restitution for larceny between $1,000 and $20,000, stealing cash from a woman, June 30, 2015, Benton Harbor.

Jalan D. Whitley, 27, of East Napier Avenue, St. Joseph, 1 year in jail, credit for 47 days served, and $530 in restitution for first-degree retail fraud, the theft of property Feb. 21 from Home Depot in Benton Township.

Tremell L. Bailey, 22, of Calumet Park, Ill., 14 months to 14 years in prison, costs of $198 and restitution of $13,435 for uttering and publishing a false, forged, altered or counterfeit check between Jan. 1 and April 1, 2018, at Honor Credit Union in St. Joseph.

Reco Samuer-Abuali Washington, 29, of Colby Avenue, Benton Harbor, two concurrent terms of 150 days in jail, credit for 6 days served and last 60 days to be served on tether, $2,248 in fines and costs, 2 years probation and driver’s license suspended for 180 days, restricted after 30 days, for two counts of delivery/manufacture of narcotics, less than 50 grams cocaine; and a concurrent term of 90 days for maintaining a drug house, second offense, between Dec. 14, 2018, and Jan. 4, 2019, in Benton Harbor.

James Q. Smith Jr., 21, of Marion Street, Hartford, 60 days in jail, credit for 5 days served, $1,738 in fines and costs, 60 days on tether and 18 months probation for delivery/manufacture of a Schedule 4 controlled substance, Xanax, Dec. 8, 2018, in Lake Township.

Donald Albert-Norman Jewell, 44, of Greenville, 30 days in jail, credit for 3 days served, and $748 in fines and costs for maintaining a drug vehicle, second offense, Dec. 3, 2018, in Watervliet.
