Drunken driving

Dean A. Kietzer, 44, of North Fifth Street, Niles, 3-7 1/2 years in prison, credit for 45 days served, and $1,048 in fines and costs for operating while intoxicated causing serious injury to Wayne Clauss Jan. 9 in Bainbridge Township. Kietzer was sentenced as a habitual offender.

Fraud

Laura L. Ruby, 25, of Broadway Avenue, Benton Harbor, $1,318 in fines and costs, $1,408 in restitution, 2 years probation and 40 hours community service for attempted welfare fraud $500 or more between Nov. 1, 2017, and Feb. 28, 2018, in Benton Harbor.

Keith D. Brown, 61, of Kentwood, 14 months to 7 1/2 years in prison and $198 in costs for first-degree retail fraud May 3 at Meijer in Stevensville. Brown was sentenced as a habitual offender.

Criminal sexual conduct

Ernest B. Wilkerson, 50, of Monroe Street, Benton Harbor, 4 1/2 to 15 years in prison and $258 in costs for third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under the age 13 using force or coercion Nov. 11, 2018, in Benton Harbor.

Assault

Quincy L. Washington, 36, of Monroe Street, Benton Harbor, $845 in fines and costs, 45 days on tether and 1 year probation for domestic violence, an assault on a woman, March 3 in Berrien Township.

Tampering with tether

Jonathan H. Rawson, 28, of East Napier Avenue, Benton Harbor, 60 days in jail and $198 in costs for tampering with an electronic device, a GPS tether, April 21 in Benton Township.

Other

David A. Dinger, 40, of Townline Road, Buchanan, 11 days in jail, credit for 11 days served, and $360 in fines and costs for being a disorderly person in St. Joseph.

Aviona M. Perry, 27, of Quince Drive, Benton Harbor, 47 days in jail, credit for 47 days served, $218 in costs, $3,097 in restitution, 90 days on tether, 2 years probation and 40 hours community service for larceny in a building, theft of a blank check between Jan. 22 and Jan. 28 at a hotel in Benton Township.

Niles

Dwayne E. Moore, 42, of Hills Haven, Buchanan, 60 days in jail, credit for 9 days served, and $658 in fines and costs for attempted uttering and publishing counterfeit bills or notes April 24 at McDonald’s in Buchanan.

Bryce A. Reybuck, 18, of Woodland Drive, Buchanan, 60 days in jail, credit for 3 days served, $1,258 in fines and costs, 90 days on tether and 5 years probation for accosting a child for immoral purposes Feb. 23 in Niles.
