Deb Davidson is shown with a state proclamation and plaque she received in 2019 for earning the South Haven Area Chamber of Commerce’s Lifetime Achievement award. Davidson, who plans to retire from the city of South Haven in May, serves as the city’s communications manager, Downtown Development Authority director and grant writer/administrator.

That’s because Davidson has announced her retirement, effective May 29.
