BRIDGMAN — The Makers Trail Festival will take place from 3-9 p.m. this upcoming Saturday at Weko Beach in Bridgman, with more than 15 Berrien County wineries, breweries and distilleries and three live bands, according to a news release.

Advance admission tickets are on sale now for $10 (for ages 10 years and up) at Children under 10 years are admitted free. Gate admission will be $20 cash. Visitors can purchase drink-tasting tickets for $1 each as well as food and non-alcoholic beverages. An ATM will be available.

The regional makers showcasing their new drinks and popular favorites will be Arclight Brewing Company, Black Dragon Meadery, Gravity, Haymarket Brewery & Taproom, Journeyman Distillery, Lake Michigan Vintners, Lazy Ballerina Winery, Lehman’s Orchard Brewery & Farmhouse, Lemon Creek Winery, North Pier Brewing Company, Red Top Winery, Round Barn Winery, Distillery and Brewery, Silver Harbor Brewing Company, Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant, Tapistry Brewing, Watermark Brewing Co. and White Pine Winery.

Bands performing will be The Newports from Chicago, playing a mix of blues, funk, rock and soul; Slim Gypsy Baggage, a Southwest Michigan favorite performing bluesy rock with soulful vocals; and Top Secret from South Bend, with their ’60s-to-today setlist. 

There will be free off-site parking at Eagle Technologies, Sunset Tool and American Electric Power industrial lots at the corner of Lake Street and Red Arrow Highway.
