BENTON TOWNSHIP — Two Benton Harbor men suffered non-life threatening injuries after a shooting Saturday night, police say.
Benton Township Police were called at 11:58 p.m. to the 100 block of Quince Drive on the report of several people fighting and gunshots heard in the area, the department reported in a news release.
When they arrived, John Orr, 31, was found with gunshot wounds to the right arm and leg and Jaton Gunn, 21, was found with facial lacerations on his forehead, nose and cheek. Both were taken to the hospital.
Several witnesses were interviewed, who advised of several people fighting and hearing four to five gunshots, according to the news release. Officers found two bullet holes in a north side window of 124 Quince Drive, causing damage to the window. No occupants of the home were injured.
Police have not located any suspects and no further information is available.
