He was born Nov. 20, 1955, in Missouri, the son of James and Ethel (Thacker) Lineberry. During the Vietnam War, Dan served in the U.S. Marines from 1973-1979. On March 14, 1997, Dan was married to Mary Klimach. They raised their children together and enjoyed many years of adventures. He had a passion for stock car racing.
