Editor,

The presidential season is upon us, and on March 10, Michigan voters will have the chance to set another record for voter turnout. In 2016, more than 2.5 million people, or just over 34 percent of registered voters, cast ballots in the presidential primary, the highest turnout since 1972. Voters who want to participate in selecting the Democrat who will defeat Donald Trump must help make this a record voter turn-out.
