The overwhelming objection to recreational “pot shops” in Stevensville has been heard loud and clear, both at the village’s public meetings and on this editorial page, but I remind Stevensville residents that public and editorial comments are not votes. Many who’ve voiced their objections have Stevensville addresses, but don’t technically live in the village, and therefore cannot vote.
