We are experiencing a major crisis due to the decrease in the number of teachers in our schools and nurses in our hospitals. We need to address the underlying causes within these professions to reverse this trend and make each a more sustainable and desirable profession.

Education and health care are critical pillars of any strong society. Each will require a shift in our thinking to maintain and grow them. Digest the importance of having good teachers and nurses, and what things might look like when there are fewer of them.
