South Haven’s Carson Rooker, Ben Meyer and Summer Corke earned 2nd team all-conference honors last week to finish out the Rams’ cross-country teams’ first season in the BCS Conference.

The three received their honor after competing in the conference championship meet, Tuesday, Oct. 13th, in Bridgman.

Rooker finished eighth with a time of 18:28.1, Meyer, 14th, at 20:04.8, while Corke placed 10th in the girls race with a time of 22:27.7.

Overall, the Rams’ boys team came in third place at the meet behind league champs Berrien Springs and runner-up Bridgman. South Haven girls ran individually.
