One of the enduring Lake Michigan fishing snapshots stuck in my brain is from about 15 years ago.

Back then I had access to a 30-foot diesel-powered Dorado, a wonderful boat for trolling, and took some Illinois friends and their kids seeking salmon out of New Buffalo.
