St. Joseph wrestler Nolan Wertanen won a Division 2 individual state championship last season at 103 pounds, but he wasn’t done getting better.

Wertanen won a second straight state title on Friday, this time at 112 pounds. He did so in dominant fashion, winning his final three matches 11-0, 10-0 and 9-4.
