ST. JOSEPH — St. Joseph ran into a Gull Lake team hungry for revenge in Thursday's Southwestern Michigan Athletic Conference boys soccer championship game.

Gull Lake, ranked No. 2 in Division 2, claimed the conference crown with a 4-2 victory over the top-ranked and previously unbeaten Bears. St. Joseph earned home-field advantage for the game, as well as its No. 1 ranking, with a 2-1 comeback victory over the Blue Devils earlier in the season.
